Place the Wrinkies Straw Tip on the end of your straw. The Wrinkies Straw Tip fits best on straws 8mm - 14mm. When drinking, place your mouth around the straw tip to limit excessive pursing and prevent the future formation of lip lines aka straw lines or smoker's lines. The Wrinkies Straw Tip is top-rack dishwasher safe and can be cleaned with soap and water.

Q: What are Frownies Facials made of?
A: Frownies Facial Patches are made from unbleached, kraft paper and a water-activated starch-based adhesive. Paper allows the skin to breath, unlike silicones that occlude the skin.

Q: Do I have to use Frownies Facial Patches every night?
A: We recommend using Frownies Facial Patches every night for 30 days. After you have achieved the results you're looking for, you may be able to wear your Frownies less often for maintenance.

Q: How long does one box last?
A: Each box of Frownies Facial Patches contains a long strip of perforated paper that can be torn into 144 individual patches. Typically our customers wear 4-6 patches per night when creating the full forehead cast we recommend. In general, you will get approximately 25 - 35 applications or about one month of nightly wear from one box.

Q: Sometimes the Frownies leaves an imprint on my skin around the edges, what am I doing wrong?
A: We recommend covering the full forehead to act like a splint, overlapping the patches to minimize imprints around each patch. When you apply the patches be careful not to pull or over stretch the skin. After removing your patches apply Frownies Moisturizer or Skin Serum and the imprint will quickly fade.

Q: The Frownies are a little too large is it okay to cut it to a smaller size?
A: Yes. Trim the edges down to a size that is comfortable for you.

Q: Does the shiny backing peel off?
A: No. The shiny backing is a starch-based adhesive that is water activated. Simply moisten the shiny side with Frownies Rose Water Hydrator Spray or warm water.

Q: I am having trouble making the patch stick what am I doing wrong?
A: Make sure you are applying the patch to freshly washed skin and that all your skincare is fully absorbed. Wet the patches with 1-2 pumps of Rose Water Hydrator Spray or warm water, then wait -- up to 90 seconds -- for the patch to begin to curl and the adhesive to become tacky.

Q: Can I use my night creams with Frownies?
A: Frownies Moisturizer is a perfect compliment to the patches because it absorbs quickly. If trying the patches with other creams or moisturizers make sure you allow at least 15 minutes absorption time before applying the patch.

Q: Can I use Frownies Facial Patches with "Retinol," "Tretinoin," and/or "Retin A" creams?
A: We recommend consulting your physician prior to adding new products to your skincare routine. We do not recommend using Frownies Facial Patches on skin that is already irritated or peeling.

Q: Will the ingredients in Frownies Facial Patches react with my other products?
A: Frownies Facial Patches do not contain "active" ingredients. However, as with any new skincare product, we suggest performing a patch test to determine your own sensitivities.

Q: What are the active ingredients in Frownies Facial Patches?
A: There are no active ingredients. Frownies act as a splint or a cast.

Q: Can the Frownies Facial Patches be used on the neck?
A: Frownies Facial Patches are not designed for the neck area. We recommend the Frownies Apple Serum Neck Mask or Frownies CHIN-UP Polypeptide Neck Mask to address skincare concerns on the neck.

Q: Can Frownies Facial Patches be used under my eyes?
A: Frownies Facial Patches are not designed for the under eye area. We recommend using our Frownies Under Eye Gels, Frownies Apple Stem Cell Serum, and Frownies Eye Cream for the area under the eyes.

Q: Are these products gluten free/vegan?
A: Most Frownies products are vegan, although we are not certified as gluten-free. Frownies products are made with natural, plant-based ingredients!

Q: What is the shelf life of the Frownies Facial Patches?
A: The Frownies Facial Patches will keep indefinitely as long as they are kept in a cool, dry place.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return products purchased directly from Frownies.com within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. All returns must be in the original product package and accompanied by the shipping invoice with order number.
