Q: When will the gift card be delivered?
A: Your gift card will be delivered to your email address, or the email address of your chosen recipient, immediately after purchase, unless you choose to schedule your gift card to be delivered at a future date and time.

Q: How do I check the balance of my gift card?
A: Please contact care@frownies.com and provide your gift card number in order for us to best assist you.

Q: Does my gift care expire?
A: Gift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

Q: Can I buy gift cards in bulk?
A: Please contact care@frownies.com for assistance with buying gift cards in bulk.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return products purchased directly from Frownies.com within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. All returns must be in the original product package and accompanied by the shipping invoice with order number. If you are having an issue with a Frownies’ product purchased from a third-party, please contact the seller directly.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at care@frownies.com or 1-800-648-6891. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded and pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided.
